A trusted, mobile-first website for a family-run repair service

About the client

T&C Smart Repairs is a family-run mobile vehicle repair business covering the East Midlands, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire. They specialise in high-quality bodywork repairs, end-of-lease preparation, windscreen fixes and mobile key cutting and coding. Every job is carried out by Tom and Corey themselves — not subcontractors — which means customers always deal with the same friendly, skilled team.

The Challenge

Before the new website was built, T&C Smart Repairs had limited online visibility and no central place to explain their services or demonstrate their reputation. With much of their work coming from word of mouth and repeat customers, they needed a website that reflected their professionalism and helped private and trade clients quickly understand what they do and how to request a quote.

The Solution

The site was designed to feel trustworthy, approachable and easy to navigate — reflecting the business itself. Clear service sections explain the different types of repairs available, while strong calls-to-action make it simple for visitors to request a quote or upload photos of damage.

A reviews and case studies structure was built in to showcase real-world results, support SEO and build trust. The layout is responsive, fast-loading and works seamlessly on mobile devices — ideal for customers requesting help while away from a computer.

The site is hosted on green UK-based servers and managed with ongoing support to keep security, plugins and performance optimised.

T&C needed a new logo and branding guidelines as part of this project, which we arranged and coordinated with our trusted graphic designer.

They also needed assistance with the wording on both the website and their wider marketing material. We introduced them to a copywriter, and again coordinated this aspect of the project.

The Result

The new website gives T&C Smart Repairs a strong, credible online presence and a smoother way for customers to enquire. It now supports both private motorists and trade partners, and acts as a platform to grow their visibility, reputation and future services — including their new bodyshop opening soon.

The website is already improving enquiry quality and acting as a digital extension of their word-of-mouth reputation.
