Helping Petsercise get bookings back on track

Petsercise provides a secure, enclosed dog field at their location near St Neots. It’s a perfect space for dogs to enjoy off-lead exercise in a safe and private environment. However, technical issues with their old website were making it difficult for customers to book sessions, and slow response times from their previous provider were signficantly affecting their income.

They came to us via a recommendation from another local business owner and asked if we could help them get things running smoothly again.

Creating a stable system

After seeing their existing setup and talking to them, it was clear that the booking plugin was unreliable and that support for the site had become a sticking point. We worked out the best solution together and agreed to rebuild the website for them using a more robust booking system.

To minimise disruption, we built the new website on a new domain name and added redirects from the old site so they could continue trading while the transition took place. In the near future we will take over the old domain name too and bring it all together for them.

Fast turnaround and clear communication

Time was critical for this web project, so we put in hours during evenings to get the new site up and running as quickly as possible. They now have a clean, mobile-friendly website with a reliable booking system and improved user experience.

In their words :

“It really has been a welcome change to receive such a proactive response to things! The website looks great.”

Ongoing service

We continue to support Petsercise with hosting, updates, and their monthly retainer, helping ensure the site keeps working smoothly behind the scenes.

This project is a great reminder of the difference having a reliable website can make, especially for businesses relying on online bookings.
